A double headed swab which is pre-moistened with protein detection reagent.

What Does it Do?

Detects the presence of protein residue from food surfaces on work surfaces and manufacturing equipment in food handling and manufacturing environments.

Test Principle

Path-Chek Hygiene Protein provides an instant, simple and rapid result for the detection of protein residue from food residue, which will remain on food manufacturing surfaces if cleaning and sanitising procedures are not effective.
